Summer is here again and before you feel the heat, cool down with these refreshing summer delights that are sure to sure to impress family and friends or a romantic time at the beach with someone special.

ICED GINGER TEA WITH LEMON
Bowl 2 cups of water and pour over a large bowl with 2 bags of ginger tea
Let it simmer for about 20 minutes, then pour into a glass pitcher ready to serve with ice cubes or shaved ice
Add a squeeze of lemon into each glass or a slice of lemon

ICED CHAI TEA
Bowl 2 cups of water and pour over a large bowl with 2 bags of chai tea
Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, then pour into a glass pitcher and let it cool down
Prepare some glasses ready to serve with ice cubes or shaved ice
If you like your chai tea sweet, add a splash of almond or coconut milk and serve

ICED HIBISCUS TEA WITH LIME
Bowl 2 cups of water and pour over a large bowl with 2 bags of hibiscus tea for 5 minutes, then pour into a pitcher.
Leave the teabags in the pitcher depending on how strong you’ll like the tea to be
Serve with ice cubes or shaved ice and add a squeeze of lime

ICED ORANGE CHAMOMILE TEA
Bowl 3.5 cups of water, then turn off the stove and submerge 4 bags of chamomile tea.
Leave for 5-7 minutes, then transfer to a pitcher to cool down
Add 1/2 cup of orange juice into the same pitcher and serve in glasses with ice cubes or shaved ice, dressed with an orange slice or two

HERBACIOUS COOLER
A few sprigs of mint
Cilantro
Couple of basil leaves
Add a handful of ice
A squeeze of lemon
Top off with soda water and enjoy this refreshing herbal treat!

CUCUMBER MINT WATER
A few slices of cucumber
A mint sprig
Mix all into a glass, topped off with natural or soda water
Mix it all up and sip to enjoy!

BASIL LEMONADE
Cut down the sweetness of lemonade by adding soda water without sacrificing on taste
Combine 1 part lemonade + 1 part soda water in a pitcher
Dress each glass up with basil leaves and a handful of ice cubes or shaved ice
Fill the glasses with sparkling lemonade prepared in the pitcher

CITRUS SODA
Combine 1 part orange + 1 part tangerine juice + 1 part grapefruit juice + 1 part soda water
Mix and serve with a pitcher or individual decorated glasses
