Payments can be made via PayPal, so if this payment is selected, you will be redirected to the PayPal site to process payment. Please note additional payment for shipping and delivery may be required if there are any special requests on the order. Online payments are final and does include normal shipping and delivery costs.

If you prefer to make a direct bank transfer, please send your orders to sales@decorworksasia.com and we will send you a purchase order (PO) to complete the transactions.

HOW TO PURCHASE ONLINE

Purchasing online is simple. Select the design(s) to your Wishlist or Shopping Cart and remember to select the type of recycled wood you’ll like from our Wood Menu. Once you’ve set up an Account with us, you’ll be able to log a shipping and/or billing address. The shipping address is used to calculate the final costs of your order.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?

Reclaimed or recycled wood is wood that has been previously used in the construction of buildings, boats, warehouses, old factory beams, cleared/fallen trees and have now been carefully dismantled and reused in the restoration of our unique furniture designs. The wood we use can range from 40 years old to over 100 years old. Therefore every piece is tremendously unique and extremely durable having been air dried for decades, so the wood materials are solid and stable.

Recycled wood is wood that has been salvaged and reused in parts to create new designs.

Reclaimed wood is wood that’s truly a distinctive choice. This wood has not been broken down by machine processing and made into new furniture. This wood is taken from its original location, and condition, and repurposed for a new location. This is mostly done for wood panelling, wooden door frames, wooden wall frames and antique floors.

WHAT IS A CUSTOM DESIGN?

A custom made design or made-to-order design has 2 main definitions:

1. You give us a design or two and we’ll combine the features and/or functions of your pieces together into a blueprint drawing with your specific measurements. A simple blueprint drawing starts from HKD300. A blueprint looks like this, click here

2. You’re not really sure what is best for your space and need our designers’ help to design from scratch.

THE ENVIRONMENTAL CHOICE

Not only is reclaimed and recycled wood unique and gives your home a sense of history, but also reduces the demand for new wood and helps to conserve our forests and moderate the potential impacts of incremental logging and industrial demands. It is a socially and ecologically responsible decision to make even in today’s modern homes.

EMAIL CONFIRMATION

Whether it’s an online order or via email, we’ll send you an order confirmation email.

DELIVERY OR PICK UP

For small items, payment is completed online before we deliver your purchase directly to your home via SF Express. Or you can now pick up your small orders and accessories at your nearest 7-Eleven store after receiving an SMS message.

FINAL CHECK

For furniture and big decor items, before your items are shipped and delivered to you, our sales crew will send you the final photos of your order. Please check it and confirm via email that everything is good to go before we pack it up ready for the freight carrier.

DELIVERY

Expecting delivery? Our sales crew will contact you during production to give you an estimated delivery date. Please be patient as this process takes time or check in with us.

CHANGES

If for any reason you need to change your delivery, please email to sales@decorworksasia.com at least 48 hours in writing/email. Pick ups in 7-Eleven are up to 3 working days after receiving an SMS notification.
